ABOUT US

PERMOR CONSTRUCTION is being introduced into the renovations / construction local industry by its General Contractor, Luis E. Perez Moran, with an international perspective and a passion for effective designs. PERMOR CONSTRUCTION looks forward to overcome any obstacle and accomplish its objectives, i.e. a properly constructed job. We work with experienced and qualified trades-people whom take pride on their crafts and are always ready to adjusting projects to accommodate with client contingencies. We’ll get the job done.

add value to our clients' homes.

Design

Our first step of any job would be to work with the client to design exactly what it is that the client wants and draw up a design in order to provide a quote on labour and an estimate on materials. This we do at no cost.

Plan

Once our clients have agreed to work with us, we turn our designs into reality and organize a plan, in order make sure that the job get done well and efficiently. We plan, and plan and then plan again in order to cover all angles.

Schedule

We work with our clients to make sure that all jobs are done at their convenience in order to minimize distractions and assure the relative comfort of our clients while we work within their homes.

Coordinate

We make sure that all parties involved are communicating effectively in order to be on the same page, regarding changes of crews and or any contingencies that may present themselves.

Our Services

RENOVATIONS/ADDITIONS & HANDIMAN

We can change locks, install lighting, paint, and even power wash the exterior of your house or back yard terrace. We also do full renovations (bathrooms, kitchens, basements, and so on We can add or renovate any section of your house, add a garage, an extended sun room, or just add or repair an existing deck. We provide basic dimensional drawings, and plans when required by our clients. However, all required government permits related to any work agreed to, is the responsibility of the client. We do not provide any kind of government issued permits.

New Construction

We can help design and even build your new home. We will work together with our partners, and clients to make sure that the flow of your new home-project flows with harmony making sure you get the house you desire. We work together with our team, our clients to design, plan and acquire all required permits in order build your home. All required government permits will be the responsibility of the client. We can help to acquire all required permits, but we do not provide any kind of permits ourselves.
